Staff lacked hospitality and responsiveness during check-in.

missingWrote a review on 23 Octcleanliness issues
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with noticeable furniture marks on the walls and some areas showing mold. The shower leaks, creating flooding issues and inadequate window coverage on the room leads to disruptive light entering at night. Plus, the bed quality isn't great, with old mattresses and uncomfortable pillows.

this hotel is a total letdown. the dark hallways are downright depressing, and don't even get me started on the rude front desk staff. after enduring all that, i thought perhaps a room upgrade would have been a nice touch, but of course, that was wishful thinking. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Great staff makes a difference!
The staff here really went above and beyond. They were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was neat, and the location was spot-on for exploring. The restaurant had some tasty bites too! Just wish the internet was better. it kept cutting out on us. But for the service, I'd take it any day!

great amenities but minor issues with wi-fi
The rooms are spacious and feature excellent beds, allowing for a comfortable night’s sleep. Housekeeping staff maintained high cleanliness standards and were respectful during our stay. Special thanks to Leonel at the front desk for his outstanding service. The breakfast options were impressive, providing a good variety each morning.
The wi-fi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

The room was spick and span with good water pressure, and I loved the quirky old parquet floors. Internet was speedy, and the air conditioning was surprisingly chill, just like my weekend vibes!
Those old beds felt like sleeping on faint memories! And don’t get me started on the noise—thank goodness for closed windows. they deserve a medal.

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me return my forgotten hairbrush, which I really appreciated. I recommend checking out the breakfast options!
